Manager User Guide
This brief user guide lists the simple steps for managers to login, create & post jobs, and review and screen candidates
Log in
Managers can log in at https://employer.offerdox.com
Offerdox uses passwordless 2-step authentication which emails you a link to securely log in from your phone or browser.
You can check the “Stay logged in” checkbox if you are logging in from a secure device. This will ensure that you are always logged straight in to Offerdox when you surf to the above URL.
Introduction
Click the top-left hamburger icon 🍔 to view the manager menu
If you ever get stuck, pages don’t load, etc, click the color-wheel Offerdox logo–it will spin and reload your page.
If all else fails, hold down your shift key and click the browser refresh icon next to your bowser URL. This will refresh your page and load the latest Offerdox version.
Create & manage jobs
Click Jobs to create and view jobs, and view candidate applications for jobs.
Click candidates to search and view candidates
NOTE: If you see the Jobs tab you can create jobs directly so you needn’t use the Requisitions menu option (to seek HR approval to post jobs)
Navigation & search
When viewing jobs and candidate records you can click the the navigation tabs at the bottom of the screen to view different elements of the job or candidate in question.
Click on the “New,” “Declined",” etc status headers to view candidates with each status. You can type a candidate’s name or email address in the “Search job candidates” search field.
Advanced search: Click the “Advanced search option” icon on the right side of the search string to view and search across all the candidates (in any status).
HR advanced search: If you have been granted HR access then you’ll be able to view all jobs and candidates across your organization by selecting “Company” from the advanced search screen.
